MINAMO Long Rectangular Melamine Dish – Dishwasher-Safe, Lacquer Finish

The MINAMO long rectangular dish takes its name from the Japanese word for "water surface". Its gently undulating form and surface recall ripples on water, and its long, low shape suits sushi, grilled fish, appetizers and desserts. It is dishwasher-safe melamine tableware finished with a lacquer technique, featuring Nurikobo Fujii's original processing.

Melamine tableware is characterised by its hardness, durability and resistance to scratches, as well as its heat resistance and excellent heat retention properties. It is heat-resistant, so you can hold the dishes with your bare hands even when they contain hot food. Due to its low thermal conductivity, food stays warm for longer, helping to maintain the ideal serving temperature.
