These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ModernJapanCrafts online store, operated by EchoCrafts Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A purchase contract is formed upon order confirmation. We accept Shopify Payments, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), and PayPal.

Prices are shown inclusive of Japanese consumption tax for domestic customers; international prices are shown exclusive of local taxes or duties. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

All content on this site — including text, photography, design, and brand names — belongs to EchoCrafts Inc. or the respective makers. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
• Damage arising from customer misuse of products
• Issues attributable to third-party services (payment providers, carriers, etc.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

本規約は、株式会社EchoCrafts（以下「当社」）が運営するオンラインストア「ModernJapanCrafts」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を、ユーザーと当社との間で定めるものです。本サービスをご利用になった時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

ご購入にはアカウント登録またはゲスト購入が必要です。登録情報は正確かつ最新の情報を入力してください。虚偽の情報を登録した場合、当社はサービス利用を制限できるものとします。

注文確定をもって、ユーザーと当社との間に売買契約が成立します。決済はShopify Payments・クレジットカード（Visa・Mastercard・American Express・JCB）・PayPalにて承ります。

価格は日本国内向けには消費税込み、海外向けには現地税・関税別の表示となります。在庫状況により注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合は、速やかにご連絡し全額返金いたします。

本サービス上のコンテンツ（文章・写真・デザイン・ブランド名等）の著作権は当社または各製造元に帰属します。無断転載・複製・転用を固く禁じます。

当社は以下について責任を負いかねます。

• 天災・戦争・感染症等の不可抗力による配送遅延または不能
• お客様の誤った使用方法に起因する損害
• 決済会社・配送業者等の第三者サービスに起因する問題

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

当社は必要に応じ、事前の告知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更はサイト上への掲示をもって効力を生じ、変更後も本サービスを継続利用された場合は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
