Our Commitment

At ModernJapanCrafts, every item is handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans. We take quality seriously and will do our best to resolve any issue you encounter.

Eligible for Return or Refund
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrect (wrong item shipped)
  • Items with significant quality deterioration caused by shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. We will arrange a return or issue a full refund.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund
  • Change of mind (size preference, color expectation, etc.)
  • Items that have been used
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Natural variation in handcrafted items — this is not a defect
  • Crowdfunding reward items (Kickstarter / Indiegogo)
A Note on Handcrafted Goods Our products are made by individual artisans. Variations in color, shape, and texture are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Return
  1. Email contact@echocrafts.co.jp (Subject: Return Request)
  2. Include your order number, full name, and photos of the issue
  3. We will respond with a return address and further instructions
  4. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Return shipping costs are covered by ModernJapanCrafts for our errors. Customer-initiated returns are at the customer's expense.

基本方針

ModernJapanCraftsでは、日本の職人が丹精込めて制作した伝統工芸品をお届けしています。商品の品質には細心の注意を払っておりますが、万が一の場合は以下のポリシーに従い対応いたします。

返品・返金が可能な場合
  • 商品が届いた際に破損・欠陥があった場合
  • 注文した商品と異なる商品が届いた場合
  • 配送中の事故による著しい品質低下が認められた場合

上記に該当する場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。写真等の証拠をお送りいただいた上で、返品対応または全額返金いたします。

返品・返金ができない場合
  • お客様都合による返品（サイズ感・色味の相違など）
  • 使用後の商品
  • 商品到着後7日を超えたご連絡
  • 手工芸品特有の自然なムラ・風合いの差異（不良品ではありません）
  • クラウドファンディング経由のリワード商品（Kickstarter / Indiegogo）
手工芸品について 当店の商品は職人による手作りのため、色・形・テクスチャーに個体差がございます。これは工芸品としての個性であり、不良品とは見なされません。商品ページをよくお読みの上ご購入ください。
返品手続き

  2. 注文番号・お名前・不具合の写真を添付
  3. 当社より返品先住所・手順をご案内
  4. 商品受領確認後、14日以内に返金処理

返品送料は、当社の瑕疵による場合は当社負担、お客様都合の場合はお客様負担となります。
