Origin & Processing Time
All items ship from Japan — directly from artisan workshops or our partner fulfillment center in Tokyo. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Made-to-order items may have longer lead times, noted on the respective product page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, consumption tax, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
We declare the accurate purchase price on all customs and export documents. We do not falsify export documentation (e.g., marking items as "gifts" or declaring lower values).
Restrictions & Delays
- Shipping to certain countries may not be available
- Peak periods (Japanese New Year, Golden Week, Obon) may extend processing times
- Delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing are beyond our control
- For fragile or high-value items, additional protective packaging may be applied
