Gold Leaf Rim Plate 3.2in / 7.5in – Dishwasher-Safe Lacquer Glass

A plate from the Kodai series, with a richly textured, uneven glass surface, a gold rim and gold leaf scattered across its surface. Available in two sizes and five colours, its beautiful expression and colours bring innovative possibilities to table decoration and styling.

It is dishwasher-safe lacquer glassware. Special lacquer is applied to the back of the glass and sealed with a special dishwasher-safe coating resin. Because the lacquer sits behind the glass, the surface you use is glass, so cutlery can be used on it, which conventional lacquerware does not allow. The coating on the back protects the lacquered surface from cutlery scratches, and sandwiching the lacquer in the dishwasher-safe coating greatly improves its resistance to detergent and heat.

The small size (81 × 81 mm / 3.19 × 3.19 in) suits condiments, sweets or as a decorative accent dish, while the large size (190 × 190 mm / 7.48 × 7.48 in) works as a serving plate for appetizers and desserts. Both come in a presentation box, so they are ready to give as a gift.
